I stayed for 3 nights, expecting a charming experience. The decorations were nice, but the service was inconsistent. I encountered unexpected charges that soured my visit. While the room was comfortable and the security friendly, the dining was underwhelming. Note that taxis are available, which was a plus amidst the frustration.

The hotel felt like a second home. The staff remembered my name and preferred drink, creating a warm atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was a delightful culinary experience each morning.

Yet, it was inconveniently located away from the city center. Arranging taxis was essential and sometimes took longer than expected, making nights out a little cumbersome.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff recommended local delivery, which I still remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the delicious breakfast every morning, especially with all the fresh fruits! The spa offered a great massage treatment, and the fitness area was perfect for my workout routine. If only the air conditioning could get a bit cooler, it would’ve been perfect! 😊

my experience was enhanced by the super friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel's convenient proximity to parks like usaquen and 93, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful greenery and vibrant atmosphere of the city on my walks.

I recently stayed at Hotel Dann in Bogota and had a mostly pleasant experience. The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist greeted me warmly. My room felt spacious, with good air conditioning and clean linens. I loved the ambiance of the lobby, perfect for relaxing or charging my devices. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. However, issues arose with the food. I tried dining at the restaurant, but the service was slow, despite being one of the few guests there. The breakfast spread was decent, but the evening dining experience disappointed me. A couple times, I noticed the staff seemed overwhelmed by orders. Not a huge deal for me, but something to consider if you plan to eat in. Overall, a comfortable place with good facilities but could improve on restaurant service during the evening hours.

I had a very pleasant stay with a comfortable room and friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruits and pastries, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter some issues with the hot water in the shower, as it took quite some time to get warm water on multiple occasions.
